Prenatal exercises

The time before and during pregnancy is one of the most exciting phases in the life of a (becoming) mother.

Various exercises will help the new and freshly baked mums to counteract physical changes that are associated with pregnancy and are completely normal. The nice thing is, you can outwit many typical pregnancy complaints through various exercises and is also still fit for childbirth or the time after.

Typical exercises include the training of the cardiovascular system, especially swimming or long walks. Various exercises in the tailor's seat and at the same time optimize breathing help against a tense neck and shoulder muscles. In the opinion of many, however, the most important thing is the training of the pelvic muscles. There are exciting instructions for this in various pregnancy brochures.
