Prenatal exercises

The time before and during pregnancy is one of the most exciting phases in the life of an (expectant) mother.

Various exercises help mothers-to-be and new mothers to specifically counteract physical changes that are associated with pregnancy and are completely normal. The nice thing is, you can outsmart many typical pregnancy complaints with various exercises and you are also fit for childbirth or afterwards.

Typical exercises include training the cardiovascular system, especially swimming or long walks. A variety of cross-legged exercises help to counteract tense neck and shoulder muscles while optimizing breathing. According to many, the most important thing is training the pelvic muscles.
